Fostering a culture of inclusivity for a large global banking organization
- Client

- Banking
The challenge
A leading multinational services organization with a diverse workforce across geographies identified an urgent need to strengthen inclusivity within its culture.
While diversity in hiring was strong, feedback revealed that employees often felt excluded from key conversations, lacked cultural awareness across teams, and sometimes faced unconscious bias in decision-making.
Create a shared understanding of inclusivity, break down unconscious biases, and equip employees with practical tools to foster a respectful, equitable, and collaborative workplace.
What we deployed
Gradiante Creatives designed a 2-day Culture Inclusivity Workshop tailored to the client's multicultural and multi-generational workforce. The workshop was built on three pillars:
- Awareness: understanding unconscious bias, microaggressions, and the business impact of inclusivity gaps
- Skills: communication strategies, inclusive leadership behaviors, and active allyship practices
- Action: embedding inclusivity in daily work decisions, project collaborations, and leadership conversations
The result
- Teams reported more open and respectful dialogue in meetings within two weeks of the intervention.
- Managers began actively incorporating diverse perspectives into decision-making processes.
- HR feedback indicated a measurable improvement in employee engagement scores in the subsequent quarterly survey.
The program moved inclusivity from being an HR initiative to a shared organizational responsibility, empowering employees at every level to build a culture where everyone belongs.
