Sunil spent 27+ years in leadership and P&L roles across technology and digital products before founding Gradiante Creatives in 2023. He is a hands-on product builder who still writes code for the iOS and web products the company ships, and he led the design of India's first RAG-based legal intelligence platform for state police. He was named Leader of the Year in AI led L&D, Global at the Forttuna Global Excellence Awards, Dubai 2025.
