Online AI Academy
A white-label GenAI training platform that takes employees from zero to functional AI literacy in about two hours each, with a nine-chapter curriculum, an AI tutor and hands-on labs.

A confidential anti-harassment and workplace-safety portal. An AI companion guides employees through reporting, identified or fully anonymous, and HR gets a structured, auditable path to review and close every case.
AI Assessment
An AI-led competency assessment that evaluates leadership and business skills through conversational exercises instead of static questionnaires, and ends in an evidence-backed skill profile and development plan.
360 Assessment
A 360-degree feedback platform that gathers ratings and written feedback from self, managers, peers and direct reports, turns them into competency-based scores, and produces branded development reports. It runs the full cycle, from competency setup and reviewer mapping to OTP-secured surveys, reminders, completion tracking and report generation, so HR gets consistent, confidential insights at scale.
RapidVue
Proctored, voice-driven first-round technical interviews run by an AI interviewer that adapts to the job description. Recruiters can watch live and step in, and every interview ends in a scored, evidence-backed recommendation.
