Gradiante created and executed an online 360-degree feedback system for all leaders to enhance their understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement. This was succeeded by comprehensive feedback and development planning discussions with a senior Gradiante Coach.
Utilizing the insights from the 360-degree feedback along with input from the organization's leadership, we crafted a tailored learning journey for the two tiers of leaders.
While the direct reports of the Managing Director participated in a personalized coaching experience consisting of six monthly coaching sessions, the leaders at the subsequent level engaged in a blended learning journey – featuring virtual learning sessions combined with group coaching sessions.
